Q: What files do you use in PCB fabrication?

A: Gerber RS-274X, 274D, Eagle and AutoCAD's DXF, DWG.

Q:What format of BOM do you prefer?

A: We prefer to Excel with components part number, manufacturer, quantity, value information. Of course, other format is ok.

Q: How long will your quotation be sent after I sent Gerber, BOM and test procedure?

A:  For PCB, our quotation will be sent within 6 hours.  As for some special components, you could recommend suppliers to us.

Q: Can I have led samples to test?
A: Yes,we are pleased to supply module samples to test and check quality,mixed sample order is available. Please note buyer should pay for shipping cost.

Q:how about our after-sales service?
A:After you get our goods,if have any quality problems,pls directly contact with sales who are in charge of.
we will replace defective ones for you at once.

A:Yes, we ensure that each piece of PCB will be tested before shipment, we ensure the goods we sent with good quality.

Q:If we don't have gerber or any file,can you do design for us?

A: Yes, we have design engineer team, tell us your request,we can do series product design for you.
